1.    Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to update and maintain all information into our company databases. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for managing data and keeping it organized.

    Functions & Responsibilities (duties to be performed by this position)

·         Insert customer data by putting numerical information from the source documents within time limit.

 ·         Verify data by comparing it to the source documents.

 ·         Update Existing data.

 ·        Create and manage spreadsheets.

 ·         Scan documents and print files when needed.

 ·         Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
