Kohistan Group is looking for an energetic candidate to fill in the position of property sales officer/ property consultant. Selected candidate will be responsible to look after sales and business development of our ongoing project/s
Major job responsibilities include:
- Building client database: Candidate is required to spend time trying to attract clients. Actions might include cold-calling, following up on leads, advertising and making business presentations to investor and other interested groups.
- Market Research: keeping close eye on available real estate buyers. paying attention to relevant market trends, demographics and other information that affects the buying and selling process.
- Building Relationships: To better serve clients, candidates are required to talk with clients about their needs. learning about clients likes and dislikes, help them with financing concerns and answer any questions about the buying process. Candidates may require to visit sites with their clients
- Handling Paperwork: Candidates especially in conjunction with legal professionals, may require to prepare the documents involved in the buying/selling process.
What we are looking for!
- Candidate with minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing/Credit sales in Banking sector/Loan department of Banking sector
- Minimum education Bachelors
- Candidate with strong Communication skills are required so that clients understand the information that is being presented and their options
- Negotiating effectively in order to work out potential problems that would cause a deal to collapse
- Exhibiting math aptitude to handle and explain financial situations
- Marketing oneself effectively
