The job requires a high skill level, and initial training shall be provided to the candidates. The applicant must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English language to an appropriate level, and be able to communicate well with the working members as well the customers.From time to time the position shall involve the exposure to undertake the market research for developing the new working models within the mobile phone re-engineering industry, and we look for the individuals creative as well as competent within their work.

The key requirements of this job are as follows

• Must be able to assess devices cosmetically and mechanically
• Must have experience with the soldering tools and soldering platforms
• Must have experience with heat-work stations involving the assembling and disassembling the mobile parts
• Must have worked on the micro-chip and macro-part level hands-on experience
• Must have theoretical or practical knowledge of BGA machine used for mobile phone repairing on the mother-board level
• Must have good communication and presentation skills
• A graduate degree holder is encourage however it is not an absolute requirement
