| Job Description: |
Record, classify and summarize daily financial transactions accurately.
- Execute accurate bookkeeping.
- Make all ledger postings.
- Check payroll and submit it to Head Accounts & Taxation for finalization.
- Review all bills and related documents for transparency and accuracy and ensure required approvals are available.
- Review and verify all payment vouchers prepared by reporting staff and attached supporting documents.
- Make payments for approved bills and take receiving from parties through.
- Cross check reports of PO, Inward Gate Pass, Delivery Challan, GRNs and Invoices before preparing payment voucher.
- Prepare payables ageing analysis and report to Managing Director.
- Assist in providing required details, documents and information to the tax management team.
- Collect all types of challans from vendors.
- Assist in reporting all sales (output) and purchases (input) on monthly basis for their confirmation.
- Report notices received from the Income or Sales tax department immediately to Head Accounts & Taxation.
