- Ensure daily attendance of Team
- Conduct Morning & Evening sessions with the team to meet daily targets
- Prepare plans to meet monthly targets and communicate down the line for its execution.
- Keep in touch with the team while duty timings to know actual day progress.
- Build a strong relationship with customers in the decided territory.
- Reporting to line manager on sales results (Daily, weekly, monthly)
