WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

•   Achieve project objectives by preparing and completing action plans.
•   Implementing production and quality standards along with determining system improvements.
•   Developing scalable architecture systems for Java-based applications.
•   Confirming architecture capability and flexibility to support high availability web applications.
•   Troubleshooting design flaws and system bottlenecks.
•   Performing validation tests to ensure the flexibility and scalability of the Java environment.
•   Assisting the software design team with application integration.

Required Skills

•   8+ years of professional experience developing web applications using Java or a similar technology
•   A solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and comfortable with design pattern discussions and implementation
•   Self-starter, positive and passionate about software development
•   Experience with code reviews & unit testing
•   High proficiency in the following technologies:
•   Experience in Java, JavaScript, MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB, HTML, CSS/SASS
• Git

Nice to have skills

•   Have experience with:
•   SOLR or ElasticSearch
•   Vue or similar frontend framework
•   Tooling/databases for “Big Data”
