Job Description:
  • Handle walk-in customer queries / complaints and ensure timely resolution of their complaints.
  • Handle all HFC (Hold for collection) shipments and coordinate with Operations department to ensure smooth delivery over the center.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders to address issues pertaining to undelivered shipments / pending cases, raised by walk-in customers.
  • Ensure follow-up on complaints / pending cases and update their remarks in CRM when and as required.
  • Responsible for closing the loop of complaints to save customer experience.
  • Preparation of daily activity report of Customer Facilitation Center and its submission to the line manager.
  • Understand and implement the customer care policies & procedures in practice and spirit.
  • Maintaining professionalism at all times and dealing customers empathetically, for a better customer experience.
