Job Description: |
- Handle walk-in customer queries / complaints and ensure timely resolution of their complaints.
- Handle all HFC (Hold for collection) shipments and coordinate with Operations department to ensure smooth delivery over the center.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to address issues pertaining to undelivered shipments / pending cases, raised by walk-in customers.
- Ensure follow-up on complaints / pending cases and update their remarks in CRM when and as required.
- Responsible for closing the loop of complaints to save customer experience.
- Preparation of daily activity report of Customer Facilitation Center and its submission to the line manager.
- Understand and implement the customer care policies & procedures in practice and spirit.
- Maintaining professionalism at all times and dealing customers empathetically, for a better customer experience.
