Chaplet International is looking for a floor In-Charge. We will be only hiring Candidates who have completed their three years of Mechanical Associate Engineering (Mechanical Diploma). The following would be the Job Description.

1.      Planning, monitoring, and appraising Production hall.

2.       Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

3.       Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

4.       Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process.

5.       Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel

6.       Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
