| Job Description: |

Function – To manage and review all Human Resources functions at Techaccess Pakistan
-
Plans, Policies, and Procedures – To define, develop, implement and monitor Human Resource plans, policies, procedures, and objectives effectively
-
Motivation – To motivate employees in order to ensure the highest levels of performance is achieved.

Recruitment – To manage the whole recruitments process.
-
Communication – To perform all the formal communication needed for the effective functioning of the Human Resource system.

Project Record – To coordinate the project/task assigned by the COO and CEO to maintain the record related to the assigned project.
- Human Resource System – To act as a focal point for the exchange and dissemination of ideas about the Human Resource System (ESS and MS Dynamics) throughout the organization.
- Training and Development – To identify and conduct training and development programs for new and existing employees.

Performance Management System – To organize a performance management system efficiently.

Enterprise Resource Planning – To ensure the effective implementation of ERP (ESS and MS Dynamics).
-
Employee Engagement – To conduct 360 reviews of manager, Employee Engagement Survey, Idea Competition, etc.
