| Job Description: |
HR Motors is looking for a candidate to fill in the position of Accounts Officer.
- Selected candidate will be responsible to supervise a segment of the Accounts Department.
Major job responsibilities include:
- Coordination with contractors on daily basis.
- Data Entry in Excel and Quickbooks accounting software
- Keep Proper Filing system
- Manage the General Ledger, including timely and accurate monthly closings, the review of account balances and the reconciliation of accounts.
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Process transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets.
What we are looking for!
- Candidate with at least 5 to 7 years’ relevant experience and person having “manufacturing industry” experience will be preferred.
