The organization is looking for a Business Development Manager to develop Greige and Finished Fabric Business of Men Shalwar Kameez. The ideal candidate will have honed knowledge regarding the local Wholesale and Retail space for Men's Shalwar Kameez. Moreover, the candidate is expected to lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities with relevant local Wholesalers & Retailers
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
• Meet monthly sales targets on an independent basis
• Manage production, planning, and costing with reference to fabric varieties
• Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications

• 3 - 4 years' prior industry-related business development experience
• Vast knowledge of, and close relationship with, local Wholesalers and Retailers of Greige and Finished Fabric for Men's Shalwar Kameez
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
