| Job Description: |
We are a Chohan HAY Estate looking for smart and energetic fresh and Senior Sales Executives - Real Estate in our Blue Area Islamabad Office, who will be responsible for managing the sales department, staff planning, and evaluating department activities I.e selling/renting residential and commercial properties for our real estate company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizing sales visits
- Establishing a new business with investors
- Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors.
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Skills and Requirements
- Good knowledge about the real estate sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clients.
- Knowledge of the sales process.
- Great selling skills
- The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and research new markets as needed
