Job Description:

Requirement

We are looking for a Business Developer Manager and the ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities:

  •  Acquiring business through different channels (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelance, Guru, People PerHour, Craiglist, LinkedIn, social media, authentic online portals etc.).
  • Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client. Talking on phone, chatting applications, and Skype depending on the requirement from the client
  •  Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  •  Online Bidding Expert who could get business from online portals and from direct marketing.
  •   Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
  •     Write a pitch for email and social media.
  • Do cold calling, email campaigns, and social media campaigns.
  •  Send campaigns and schedule appointments with interested parties.
  •   Generate New Leads in the Middle East, North and South America and Europe.
  •  Maintain a very high rating on all platforms.
  •  Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s).
  •   Create company intro and pitch for service or product demo.
  •   Arrange a meeting for prospective clients with the top management of your company.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  •  Purchase contacts from aggregators or search individually via job networking platforms.
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success

 SKILLS: 

  •  Quality project selection and bidding.
  • Experience with interacting with clients in the US/ UK / Canada / Australia.
  • Ability to identify potential leads.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
  •  Ability to prepare PPT for clients.
  •  Ability to use MS Excel for contact generation and deal cycle tracking.
  • Knowledge of research and strategy.
  •  Knowledge of sales management, marketing, strategic management, and business planning.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Experiencing pertaining negotiation and execution of B2B sales.

Experience:

  •  Working experience as a Business Development Specialist or Sales Executive in Software and Information
  • (Services industry preferred)

Qualifications:

  •   Bachelors/Masters (MBA/MS) in Marketing/ Sales/ Business Management or degree in IT&CS or related field.

Salary:

  • Basic Salary, annual Increment, Commission + performance-based bonuses will be awarded.
