Innovative Solutions is hiring for the position of Senior Node JS Developer.

Location: Islamabad

Required Skills:

• At least 4 years of experience in delivering high-quality backend applications, with consuming and building enterprise-grade APIs
• Excellent programming skills in Node JS
• Must be comfortable with applying SOLID principles and design patterns while coding
• Write test cases for code
• Good understanding of microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience of databases like MySQL, SQL, Cassandra, Mongo, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with messaging queues like Rabbit MQ or Kafka (at least one of them is a must)
• Must have experience with Billing Engines, Charging Systems, and Payment gateways
• Solid understanding of deploying on the cloud, preferably AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Cloudfront, etc.)
• Command over HTML and CSS using a JS framework like Vue.js, Angular.js, etc.
• Version Control, CI: Git, SVN, Jenkins, and CircleCI

Skills Considered a Plus:

• Experienced in working with applications in the service delivery industry (Uber, Food delivery, etc.)
• Familiarity with Elastic Search or SOLR
• Understanding of WebSockets, MQTT, Twilio, and Google Maps APIs
• Experience in debugging Android/iOS apps
