- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.
- They will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and live chats from customers.
- The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for providing information about our products and services and helping customers place orders for goods and services.
- Handling complaints and providing solutions to customers' problems is also a key responsibility of this role.
