The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO, Director and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. 

 Responsibilities

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
•  Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks
•  Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly/ Annual Financial Statements
• Coordinate with the External Auditors for finalization of Financial Statements
•  Having command for submission of Sales Tax Returns
•  Having knowledge of Quarterly advance tax returns
• Capable to coordinate for Annual Tax Returns
•   Having command on withholding tax deductions
•  Assist tax advisors for dealing in income tax and sales tax notices
• Capable to prepare Funded Gratuity Accounts and submission of tax returns
• Capable to manage cash flow and its placements
• ERP improvement and communication with vendor for report designing, implementation and resolution of errors
•  To compile annual budget of the company
•  Costing, budgeting including variance analysis and operational review and reporting along with reasons
• Proficiency in Income Tax, Sales Tax and Companies Act.

Qualifications

•  A candidate should be ACMA / ACCA
•  Strong finance-based analytical skills
• 5 - 7 years of finance experience
