Currently, we are looking for an Associate Human Resource Officer at our Lahore office. Details are as follows:  

• Assisting in implementing human resource policies

• Assisting in the interview process for new candidates and organizing orientation sessions for new employees

• Ensuring proper maintenance of documentation of new employees and the existing employees in personal files

• Ensuring that employee updated data in HRIS system

• Assisting in coordinating training activities for employees

• Ensuring compliance to the implemented information security policies

• Ensuring that the information/data of our clients and their customers is maintained according to the Information Security Standard, by applying adequate and appropriate information security controls

• Implementing the controls necessary to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information or computer system

• Perform other related duties as required
