| Job Description: |
- Plan and ensure implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance activities of electrical and mechanical domain.
- Ensure quality repair of mechanical and electrical equipment at Foundry.
- Regularly guide mechanical staff to carry out preventive and predictive maintenance thus reducing downtime of mechanical equipment.
- Liaison with Head Works in developing and implementing Standard Operating procedures (SOP) related to electrical and mechanical domains.
- Department Reporting.
- Responsible to review the documents received from designers/consultants/service engineers and hence for material calculation, material evaluation/inspection required for new additional/project jobs being launched to enhance plant capacities.
