Job Description:

- Manage day-to-day NOC operations.

- Handle LAN and wireless P2P/DSL WAN connections.

- Handle Wi-Fi routers and custom firmware such as DD-WRT.

- Handle Microsoft Server 2008 based dedicated and cloud servers.

- Management of Cisco switches.

- Management of Linux based router/gateway servers.

- Handle SQUID, Bind and DHCP services.

- Management of ESXi 5.x servers, vSphere and its operations.

- Provide technical support regarding Agile and DevOps operations to on-shore and off-shore development and QA teams.

- Administration of JIRA and Jenkins.

- Provide all kinds of hardware/software support to the on-shore and off-shore teams.

- Maintain disk imaging system for faster OS deployments on client machines.

- Manage MSSQL server and MySQL databases security, backups and restore.

- Management of code repositories security and rights assignment.

- Manage SAMBA4 based active directory system.

- Manage CCTV network and storage system.

- Handle bio-metric attendance machine system.

- Management of Linux IPTables and windows firewall for local and cloud based infrastructure.

- Manage network attached storage.

- Handle IIS and Apache operations specifically for .net applications and Wordpess web-application and websites.

- Handle application's and websites deployments through manual and automated scripts.

- Monitor the company's whole IT infrastructure with PRTG and respond to any alerts generated by PRTG.

- Manage network/system resources in DMZ.

- Manage HP server's hardware.

- Manage FTP servers.

- Manage email services.

- Manage domains DNS and shared hosting on GoDaddy, Peer1 and Rackspace.

- Look after UPS and generator for uninterrupted electricity supply.
