Job Description:

  • This Exiting role is Home Based for business development manager and sales manager-- Australia Based.

    Night shift- 3AM to 12Pm (Must have fluent english and accent)

  • Must have proven sales call center experience

Dgb Refrigeration and air con australia sell Heating and Cooling Units (Air conditioning, Heaters and Refrigeration ) and mainly repairs services direct to the customers and real estate companies in Australia (Melbourne)

  • We are looking for someone who can help us to drive the growth and secure new clients and customers. 

    The Role

    60%) The primary task will be COLD CALLING to the major real estates companies to introduce with our company and rates try to win work from them.

    30%) work will be cold calling to Indian, Pakistani Nepali restaurant and groceries store owners to offer maintenance and repairs service (communication medium can be Urdu or Punjabi)

    10%) data entry 

    you will have a large audience to target and present the variety of services that the Dgb has on offer.

    • Developing sales strategy and populating the leads list.

    • Contact potential clients and set appointment

    • Data entry and Jobs allocation for service technicians 

    What you must have:-

    • High-level communication & Interpersonal Skills

    • Fluent and British or American accent

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    • Minimum 5-7  years’ experience in lead generation and sales

    • Demonstrated sales experience (B2B) with local market sales 

    • Commercial mindset and drive. 

    • KnowledgePrevious telecommunications experience

    • Negotiation & Persuasion skill

    • Build rapport and maintain long term client relationships

    • Proven sales competence and experience

    • Proven success in building and managing client relationships

    • Intermediate  level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM platforms

    • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

    • Accuracy and an eye for detail

    • Enthusiastic, confident and experienced

    • Experience working to and exceeding targets

    • Energetic, self starter that is results driven.
