| Job Description: |
- Coordinate and manage IT related audit issues (SBP, external, internal) and Information Security (IS) issues.
- Ensure all requirements/data share to Audit within time frame.
- Arrange the meetings between SMEs and Auditors to discuss all draft issues.
- Collect responses from SMEs and follow up all corrective actions.
- To make sure Exceptions are closed as per corrective action plan on timely manner.
- Collect evidences and provide the Auditor for closure of the issues.
- Maintain and update the Tracking sheets of all IT Audit and IS Reports.
- Assist current processes and systems by coordinating, gathering and analysis of relevant data and make recommendations to improve them based on UBL’s Policy.
- DR coordination and finalize the DR Test documents with SMEs.
- Complete all task within a time frame assign by Manager.
