Job Description:

  • Sales force management & enablement of all Products in assigned Region I.e. Retail expansion, Projects Marketing & bring agents on board for development projects.



  • Finalize new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating terms and conditions



  • Convince the Real Estate channel of respective zone to invest & advertise through our portal, ensuring their viability.



  • Negotiating with the clients directly as well as assisting the Area Manager in the negotiation process



  • Manage Area Managers, Catalogue & Inventory Officer team



  • Develop strategy in order to build engaged retail base



  • Work with support functions to control retail churn and improve life cycle



  • Assign and monitor monthly targets of the team.
