Responsibilities:

Reaching out to prospect customers through cold calling or personalized visits

Convincing Sales pitch to potential customers

Convert your potential customers into your actual customers

Expected conversion rate is 7% from each individual

After acquisition of customers, one must be able to build a strong professional relationship with customer

Periodically contacting the customers and resolve the problems if they are facing any within a defined SLA

Analyze the territory’s potential, track sales, handle customer queries or complaints and share daily, weekly and monthly status reports.

Ideal candidate should be able to gather customer feedback properly and should be able to share customer insights

Continuously improve through feedback.
